Balnearn House

Balnearn House is a family-owned B&B set in the beautiful Tay valley in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Surrounded by its own garden, it offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Breakfasts are freshly prepared and include a selection of both cooked and lighter options. Guests can enjoy a homemade granola or freshly made pancakes.

Overlooking the garden, all rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities. They all feature either en suite or private external bathroom facilities including high pressure showers and Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries.
