A modern take on the classic bed and breakfast. Here at Barns B&B we offer our guests hotel quality accommodation with the boutique feel and guest satisfaction of a bed and breakfast. Renovated in April 2021 all our rooms now have en-suite facilities ,high speed wifi, mini fridges and HD smart tvs (Netflix/Iplayer etc). When booking we offer 2 separate rates, one with breakfast and one without. Our breakfasts are sourced locally and cooked fresh to order. The Victorian B listed property is based in one of Ayr's conservation areas, at the property we have 3 rooms all based on the ground floor. When staying with us all guests have full use of our kitchen, seated areas. back patio and garden areas. We are located within a 5 minute walk of the beach, train station, bus station and town centre. We offer an express check-in service providing door codes before arrival to allow guests to check in at anytime after 14:00. If you require an earlier check in or later check out please let us know.
