The maisonette is a beautiful space with high ceilings and a lovely view to St Albans Cathedral. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with a mixture of vintage/antique and IKEA furniture. Situated in a very quiet courtyard but very close to the city centre (approximately a 2 minute walk to the high street!) with FREE off street parking for one car. Only a 3 minute walk to St Albans Cathedral that can be viewed from the lounge area and the bedroom.

I am a very friendly person, who is a professional Graphic Designer. I like to spend as much time as I can in the South of France, where I go snorkelling and read a lot about history!

There are 4 maisonettes in my courtyard. The other 3 properties are occupied by couples in their 30s. They are all very friendly, lovely people who will always say hello and never make any noise.
