Our home is a bright, spacious property in a pleasant residential area of Edinburgh. The guest accommodation includes a light, airy double bedroom with private ensuite shower room/toilet, TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facilities and a mini-chiller. The bedroom has a large window with a beautiful view of the nearby hills. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Guests also have exclusive use of a large downstairs lounge with TV/DVD and are welcome to sit in the garden or summerhouse in good weather. Continental breakfast is served (free of charge) in a dining area in the lounge. There is free parking in front of the property and easy access to Edinburgh city centre by bus from the end of the road. Edinburgh Airport is also easily accessible via the city bypass (15 minute drive). The local area has a great choice of restaurants, bars and cafes and there are two supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

We are retired professionals who love travelling and meeting new people. We are parents and grandparents and have recently extended our home to provide additional and comfortable accommodation for family, friends and other visitors. We have made many new friends on our travels and have enjoyed having them to stay with us in Edinburgh. We look forward to welcoming more people into our home and having the opportunity to share our beautiful and lively festival city with them.

We live in a pleasant, quiet residential part of Edinburgh. There are no parking restrictions and there is easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas with a choice of four bus routes within a ten minute walk. There is a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and two well stocked supermarkets only a short walk away. We live opposite Pentland Hills Regional Park which provides excellent hiking, hill walking, dry slope skiing/snow boarding and golf facilities. Our home provides easy access to the city's main attractions including Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, the Royal Yacht Britannia, the Royal Mile, Harry Potter sights, etc. and is also well-placed for visiting Roslin Chapel and a number of Outlander film locations.
