We at MNJ Homes, welcomes you to our newly refurbished, clean, cosy and spacious 3 bedroom house situated in a very quiet neighborhood in Birmingham. This house is highly suitable for students, their parents visiting them, business people & families. Only 15 mins from the city centre. Free parking on-site and on-street. Just a few mins drive to University of Birmingham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Cadbury's World & only 20 minutes from Bgham attractions, airport, trains, NEC, NIA & theaters This beautiful house was recently updated and modernized for the use of short stays and is let as an entire house. Near the house, with walking distance, you will find supermarkets, takeaway restaurants, atm's, post office etc. The Lounge is fully furnished with a dinning table and chairs, 55 inch 4k smart TV, electric fireplace, lamps & of course a big cosy sofa which can be transformed in to a double bed. Note: Last minute bookings may not get checkin at 3pm, as we thorougly clean the property as per new guidelines. The host may ask each guest for the government ID at the time of booking. The guest can send the same before check in, which can be your drving license or passport copy.
