Relaxed, comfortable B&B nestled amongst tall trees and green fields in rural Cheshire; peaceful but accessible. Both rooms spacious with private 24-hour access, en-suites, chest of drawers, table, chairs, desk, and flatscreen TV (including Freeview). Wonderful views of the orchard, grounds, and and fields. Creative breakfast menu included; professional NO HANDS® Massage available in the Mongolian yurt (for additional fee); laundry by arrangement; ample off-street parking. Convenient railway access for Chester, Manchester and Liverpool, launchpad for North Wales & Lake District, and less than 40 minutes' drive from Liverpool and Manchester Airport. All welcome! I work from home as a qualified NO HANDS® Massage Therapist, as well as farming the land based on the principles of permaculture – growing organic food for the table (including yours!) whilst reinvigorating the soil and building biodiversity. I am passionate about providing guests with an excellent B&B experience, and in return you will be contributing to my vision for a more sustainable future! I look forward to meeting you.

My neighbourhood is rural, but accessible; something for everyone. The quiet, country lanes here are perfect for walking or cycling, and it is just 30 minutes to the Roman town of Chester, with Manchester and Liverpool each well within an hour's drive or train ride. You are also within walking distance of Hartford's range of pubs and restaurants. There is a tennis court and (seasonal) swimming pool on-site, and a 9-hole golf course and driving range adjacent to the estate. I am very happy to share my local knowledge!
