Beech Tree Lodge B&B is located just 12 minutes outside of Dornoch and just 8 minutes from Golspie. A perfect base for exploring the beautiful counties of Sutherland and Caithness. Relaxing rooms and a good breakfast will set you up for the day. Just off the A9 towards Rogart, Beech Tree Lodge is perfect for those doing the NC500, playing golf at the local courses, especially the world famous Royal Dornoch. We are also just a short drive from four whisky distilleries including Glenmorangie and our favourite, Balblair.

Mark and Clare recently to moved to Scotland last year after spending 12 years in Spain. We love living in the country and along with our three dogs Rica, Bosco and Charlie we get out for long walks as much as possible.

One of our favourite places to visit is Dunrobin Castle which is just 10 minutes away in the village of Golspie. If falconry is your passion there are two shows a day at the castle, my personal favourite. You will be spoilt for choice for beautiful walks. The local beaches are gorgeous!!
