3 bed detached house in a quiet residential location, but still only 5 minutes to the town centre, bedford hospital and to the motorway. Spacious living room with a 4K TV and 3 bed sofa along with a 2 person sofa bed. The dining room is separate and has an extending dining table for 6 persons. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. Kitchen is also fully equipped with standard cutleries and other kitchen utensils needed for day to day living. Downstairs has a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 double rooms, with a king size bed in each room (which can be made as 2 singles in each room as well on request) and a single room with a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower, bathtub along with a toilet and sink. There is a front garden and back garden with shrubs and grass lawn. There is a detached garage at the back of the property, along with off street parking. There is a park with kids play area just 1 minute walk from the property. Very quiet residential area in a cul de sac, but close to lot of amenities. Bedford town centre is 5 minutes drive, as is bedford hospital. Bedford train station which has fast train to London (35 minutes to London) is about 10 minutes drive. You can reach the A428 motorway in about 5 minutes from the property. Bedford Interchange retail park, Alban retail park and St.John retail park are only about 5 minutes drive from the property, where there are lots of shopping and restaurants. Tesco supermarket is about 5 minutes drive as well, but you could walk to Morrison super market in less than 10 minutes.
