We are looking forward to meeting you at our bespoke architect designed family home set in quiet area of West End Elgin. Being in Speyside malt whisky region, we are around the corner from Glen Moray distillery and an 10 minute walk from Elgin city centre, which boasts various local cafe's, shops, restuarants and bars with local craft beer, sprits and whisky of course offered. Our suite is perfect for couples, business or solo travellers with wired fibre internet access and wifi available. The space 39.5 sqm / 425 sqft in total. Private suite 7.3m x 5.4m with its own enterance and balcony. Walk-in wardrobe with extensive storage space available in full height. HD ready TV with freeview, DVD player all fitted with Yamaha surround sound system. En-suite shower with WC sink and mirror (1.98m x 2.24m) all toiletry products are provided. Underfloor heating which can be indepedently controlled. Workspace - provided with chair, access to wired fibre internet connection and WIFI with multiple power points. On the door step of Moray Coast Trail which is one of Scotlands beatiful walking routes. The 50 mile route follows the coastline of Moray Speyside which is home to its famous resident dolphins. Hosting over half of Scotlands distilleries we have the greatest concentration of malt whisky producers which follow the world-famous Malt Whisky Trail. Elgin Cathedral dating from early medieval which was diestroyed in 1300s shortly after death of William Wallace. Track offroad and explore some of Moray Speyside biking trials, enjoy fishing in our four rivers teeming with Scottish salmon and trout or relax and enjoy a round of Golf at high-quality links courses.
