Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays) so any emails over the weekends will be responded to on the next working day. Bookings can be made 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and we have an 'out of hours' contact for when you stay at our property.

Beadnell Bay is a wide, award winning, sandy beach in a horseshoe shaped bay just south of the village of Beadnell. The glorious golden sand, curves around the bay forming a natural harbour. The beach itself is a popular spot for swimming and also for many different types of watersports such as surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. In the village, there is a sailing club as well as shops where you can buy or rent water sports equipment. For more adventurous visitors, there are opportunities for snorkelling and scuba diving in the area. The area also offers plenty of opportunities for walkers. It is part of the North Northumberland Heritage Coast and is within the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Beadnell is a perfect destination for a bracing coastal walk at any time of year. There is a pay-and-display car park at the northern end of the beach on on the outskirts of the village, with access to the beach via a slipway. The village of Beadnell has the only west-facing harbour on the east coast of England. From here private boats can sail to the nearby Farne Islands, which provide sanctuary to puffins, terns, seals and other wildlife.
