Birch House is a unique contemporary property in a quiet residential area of Weymouth. Areas of interest are easily accessible with the beach and town centre within walking distance. It has a large rear garden and sun terrace for guests to enjoy in the summer months. All the rooms are decorated to a high standard with Italian travatine tiling to all ensuite stand bathrooms.

We are live in owners and have a love of art , hence the paintings throughout the house. We have 2 small dogs but they are kept away from guest areas. They are around in the garden and are happy to share that space with you.

The property is close to the Lodmoor country park and Dorset wildlife reserve at Lorton meadow. Also within a short distance of the RSPB reserve at Lodmoor and Chafeys lake. It is a quiet area but within a short walk of Sainsburys and Morrison supermarket and petrol filling stations. The Famous Old Spa pub and restaurant is a five minute walk away as well as a large Beefeater restaurant.
