A stunning period property, ground floor flat. Residing along a stunning tree lined road in the heart of Southsea. There is plenty of street parking, however there is a driveway, but it is a first come first serve basis. Upon entering the property you will find a gorgeous stairway leading upto a Lounge/Kitchen area. Relax on the comfortable corner sofa, whilst watching Tv or enjoying the free WiFi Dining table Wine and dine your guests with all the amenities you will need: Oven/Hob, Microwave,Kettle & toaster. Pots,pans, all crockery, cups, glasses, utensils, tea towels,fully equipped. Washing machine, Fridge. I provide each guest with clean, fresh towels. Lots of toiletries: Toilet roll, soap, washing tabs, washing up liquid, bin liners, kitchen roll and more. You will also find an ironing board, iron and airer. On the ground floor you will find 3 Bedrooms and the Bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed, double draws and bedside tables- with lamps. Mirror, & hairdryer.
