Justine grew up on the Isle of Wight on a working farm and spent her childhood playing with Horses and Boats. Leaving the island at 18, for the City, she forged a career within the Investment Banking industry. In 2001 she purchased her first holiday home in Bembridge and in 2003 moved back to the Island permanently, buying a small holding in Gatcombe. She later moved to Ashey and built a lodge in her grounds, which is being successfully ran as a holiday let. In 2010 she worked for Sykes Cottages, gaining invaluable knowledge about the self-catering holiday industry. In 2015 she re- developed a rundown Edwardian coastal property for the sole purpose of a holiday let, again with great success. In August 2017 a couple of holiday property owners approached Justine to market and manage their own properties, hence Just for You holiday Homes was born. I am passionate about working on behalf of the owners and helping them to create wonderful memories for all our guests.

All in all the perfect little cottage for just meandering through Cowes, simply watching the yachts go by, or sampling food & drink from one of the many delicious cafés and restaurants that can be found on your doorstep.
Cowes is famous for professional sailing and especially the Cowes Week Regatta and Round the Island yacht race. As well as having some stunning Victorian architecture Cowes offers some delightful boutique and specialist nautical shops, vibrant pubs, café's and restaurants. Enjoy a walk from your cottage along Cowes seafront, passing the Royal Yacht Squadron along Egypt Esplanade all the way to Gurnard while watching some spectacular yachting activity. This can be extremely exciting during one of the many yachting regattas that Cowes hosts. If you're experienced and the Solent call’s, there are many rib and yacht hire charter companies, or if you’re a beginner the UKSA is a perfect place to start your yachting career.
