Our houses are no ordinary holiday homes, they exude charm and homeliness but above all comfort. We want you to experience the best of the best. Great locations, great facilities and something that’s just a little bit different. All our houses have hot water outside baths, they are fun to use and special places to relax. All the houses have been built with sustainability in mind, they are very well insulated, way above the norm, we have electric car charging points for you to use, we have only used the most efficient lighting. We want to do our bit for the environment as we know you do. We ask you pick up your rubbish and don’t drop anything on the beach or in the sea, as in turn less plastic better waters – we have all watched the documentaries.

Beautifully refurbished to very high standards we have worked with local craftsmen to bring the house to life, providing you with the perfect setting for your break away. Our aim is to give you a wonderful base for your holiday, along with stunning sea views with comfortable beds, sofas to sink in and a really well equipped kitchen to prepare meals to remember. Sea Views The house faces the sea and the sitting room, kitchen and three of the four bedrooms have sea views. We have added window seats wherever we can so ou can take in the breathtaking sea views. Outside Bath We couldn’t resist the romance of an outside bath – south facing to catch the sun, deep and luxurious with hot water and wonderful lighting to add atmosphere. Kitchen Determined to provide you with a really well-equipped kitchen. Whether you are baking, making homemade pasta or just cooking for family and friends, you should find everything you need. We welcome 1 well-behaved Dog at a small fee
Deal is a quintessential English seaside town with beautiful walks, a pier with a great cafe at the end and lots of independent shops and restaurants. On Saturdays there is an open air antique market, vintage shops to explore and walks along the seafront as far as the White Cliffs of Dover in one direction and stunning Sandwich Bay in the other. The town is steeped in maritime history and there are two castles to visit, one with a magical children's fairy walk; deep sea fishing, visits to the seal colony at Goodwin Sands, lifeboat, regular concerts in the Victorian Bandstand (opposite the house) and of course the beach. There is lots to do with the family, indoor swimming pool, outdoor paddling pools, sailing, rowing, clay pigeon shooting, cycle hire, links golf course, fish and chips, ice cream parlours, delicious range of foodie shops and cafes.
