Boundy's House is a beautifully restored, Grade II listed cottage 3 miles from St Ives. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and a twin sharing a family bathroom. On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms, the first has a double aspect, comfy sofas and a chaise longue, the second smaller room has a cosy inglenook fireplace and an open fire. Outside is a large and lovely enclosed garden with a neat lawn, a small pond and a table and chairs. There's also parking for three cars. Ideally placed for visiting St Ives and its many sandy beaches, Boundy's House is a good choice for anyone wanting to visit this popular part of Cornwall. Note: this cottage has quirky features due to its age and so there are low beams in the living room and some doorways may be a little shorter than average, the stairs is also a little steeper than average and have ropes to hold on to rather than banisters.
One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more.
