Bradbridge Barn is a detached single-storey cottage converted from a Grade II listed barn on a former 16th century farmstead on the edge of the riverside Devon village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom and a twin with en suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a shared garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared lawn and parking for two cars. Bradbridge Barn is a peaceful and spacious cottage for a relaxing break in Devon. Note: Until autumn 2021 the construction of 9 new buildings will be nearing completion in a field adjacent to the property. Although we don’t believe this will cause a great disturbance, it is likely that guests will be able to hear some associated noise. The building works take place 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. As a goodwill gesture for any possible disturbance, the weekly prices until the end of September (currently) will have a 10% discount applied.
