Location location location, on the level in the heart of Paignton, a stone's throw from the beach, town, train and bus stations. We offer a home from home atmosphere and will do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Currently offering Board only. Apologies that we cannot accept dogs as we have two cats in our own separate accommodation, not in the rooms.

Nearby towns and cities are Plymouth, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Slapton Sands, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Brixham and Torquay. Dartmoor is only a 30 minute drive away. Lots of attractions include Crealy, Babbacombe model village, Bygones and a water park is a 10 minute walk away.
