Dear Guest, Welcome to Bray Apartment, we are a friendly family home and we intend to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible. We expect our guests to observe all Signs, Notices and Policies in the apartment which may vary from time to time. HOUSE RULES: 1. Lodgers should read the Health and Safety Notices in the property. 2. Rooms are fully serviced once per week per stay. Supply of additional linens/towels are at modest cost. 3. Out-door shoes shall not be worn in the flat (slippers may be supplied at cost). 4. The use of the shared family bathroom is closed between 23:00 – 06:00 hours and it is restricted to 25 minutes usage per lodger at a time. Note that Bray Apartment does not offer safe deposit box for valuable items or storage facilities for tools/work-boots. Lodgers are expected to make their own arrangement and the landlord shall not be responsible for any loss of lodger’s valuables.
