Friendly accommodation with spacious en suite rooms and lounge. We have flat screen TV's, tea/coffee making facilities and free WIFI in all rooms. There is a fantastic view over Breiwick bay from our large lounge and the property is ideally situated for walks to the sandy beach, 5 minutes walk away, or to see the seals lying on the rocks nearby next to a lovey cafe/bar. We also have private car parking.

Our family run guest house is situated in Lerwick, the capital of Shetland, and is an ideal base for exploring the island. We are only 40 minutes drive to the most southerly tip of Shetland and just over an hour to the most most northerly tip of mainland Shetland. We are 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant/bar where you can sit in the beer garden and watch the seals on the rocks. Nearby is a Pictish Broch, leisure centre, sandy beach and lovely coastal walks. Despite having all this on our doorstep we are only a few minutes drive to the town centre.
