This is a newly converted self catering flat all on ground level. We provide a welcome pack on arrival. The property is isolated and has no other person passing through like a corridor. There is a private parking place provided and we can offer contactless entry and exit via keysafe. The whole unit is cleaned down after use. The property is central in the market town of Beverley - just across the road from the train station, cinema, restaurants and entertainment. Flemingate centre is just across the road and the town centre is a mere 5 minute walk. The property is fully wheelchair accessible and once you arrive we do not enter again until you leave, unless you ask us to 😊 We live next door to the property so are always on hand for any help or guidance you may need. We provide linen, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Hand and body wash. Toilet rolls. Fully equipped kitchen with tea towels, crockery and cutlery. Parking is on a private drive or permit road adjacent to the property in a resident parking zone.
