One of our bestsellers in Eyam! Brewer's Cottage is a beautifully furnished little cottage where couples can escape the rush and bustle of modern city life and enjoy some precious time in the heart of the stunning Peak District.
The cottage is situated in the courtyard of Brosterfield Farm. You enter into an entrance hall with leads into the open plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen area is well equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge, dining area and sitting area with TV. From the kitchen/living area you can enter into the bedroom area.
Located in Foolow, the property is 2.4 miles away from Eyam and 6.8 miles from Bakewell.
We are a family of 5 plus Bertie the family very old brown labradour and we love living at Brosterfield Farm and being able to share this beautiful bit of England and the Peak District with guests travelling from near and very far.
Brosterfield Farm comprises of 4 accommodations, all beautifully furnished. We are nestled down a long drive and surrounded by acres of fields, walks from the door, local pub just 5 minutes walk, down our drive and along a country lane. We listen to our guests and try to implement and improve on anything that is suggested. Chatsworth House and Bakewell are both only a ten minute drive away. Brewer's Cottage is our latest addtion to Brosterfield Farm and has been finished to a high standard and over the last year it has received very positive feedback with many guests returning.
Foolow is a picturesque village with a wonderful pub at the heart of the village and the famous Foolow duck pond. Just 10 minutes down the road is Bakewell, which is well worth a visit and is famous for the Bakewell Pudding, a must try if you come the area. Chatsworth House is also a must see and will no disappoint to anyone that visits. It has an amazing farmyard with an equally amazing adventure playground which is suitable for any ages from 0 to 99. The house is simply one of the best stately homes in England and the gardens, you could get lost in all day. Children will love it too with cascading waterfalls they can paddle in and a maze to explore. The Abrahem Heights is worth exploring with views far reaching. There are endless walks right from the door and always a pub enroute.
