BROOK HALL IS IN HARROGATE DISTRICT SO TIER 3 The wing is an ideal home for your break sleeping up to 16 in up to 8 large and very comfortable double bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms, a large farmhouse kitchen and comfortable sitting room in one of the bedrooms with a Smart TV. Two of the bathrooms have far reaching views across the Yorkshire countryside as you lie in the bath- one is a jacuzzi bath. The magnificent sheltered walled garden orchard outside is for your private relaxation with a FREE hot tub (hired deep cleaned for each booking), sun loungers, outside dining table and chairs, gas BBQ, firepit and logs and magnificent views of the Yorkshire countryside. The hard tennis court can also be booked (for free) if you like to play. Our wonderful cook, Jayne can prepare whatever you want from her extensive menus #jayne_foodie_maijer. The accommodation and walled garden gives you complete privacy to relax and come and go as you please during your break with FREE Wifi extending throughout including outside. All fresh bed linen and towels are provided. There is plenty of space to park. All bookings of however many people have the entire accommodation to yourselves. Nothing is shared.

Brook Hall is just 20 minutes drive from historic York (with the Railway and Chocolate Museums, Minster, Jorvik and Shambles), bustling Leeds (Trinity Shopping, Tropical World) or beautiful Harrogate (Harlow Carr and Valley Gardens, Cold Bath Road, Knaresborough) and exactly half way between London and Edinburgh near the A1. Castle Howard is 30 mins and Harewood House is 15 mins. Flamingo Land and Lightwater Valley theme parks are 45 mins. It is the ideal location to explore Yorkshire, the Vale of York, the moors and beyond and to stay for weddings at Wighill Priory Cottages, Allerton Park, the Normans, Hornington Manor, Hazelwood Park Hotel, Rudding Park, Howsham Hall etc. There is racing nearby at York, Wetherby, Ripon, Thirsk and Doncaster
