Bedroom - A good size double bedroom with limed oak style laminate flooring, exposed brickwork and is a room that enjoys an abundance of natural light via a large picture window to the front elevation. Bathroom - Fitted with a most contemporary bathroom suite which comprises a deep double ended bath with wall mounted Hansgrohe mixer tap and shower over, with a glass shower screen, back to wall w.c and wall hung ½ pedestal hand wash basin. The room is partially tiled in a Travertine style and there is a fitted oversized mirror fronted medicine/toiletries cabinet and a heated towel radiator. Parking - On arrival if the building gates are open you can park in the building. We do not provide a key fob for the main gate. If you enter the building you can park at parking slot number 17. If you leave the building you would need to park outside by the gate as you will not be able to get back in the gate. (The gate is open between 8am until 1pm Monday to Friday). Facilities - The apartment has the exclusive use of a residence and guest gym which is located in the same block as the concierge. Features include a sauna, steam room, cross trainer, bike, rowing machines, treadmills and shower facilities.
