Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, south facing with uninterrupted panoramic sea views, from morning sun to sunset. Sit on your 20' balcony and enjoy the day. Watch the boats in the harbour and across to Brixham. Set above the coast, beach, harbour, cafes and restaurants means it's quiet but great for snooping on those below. Just 100 metres to restaurants, café, bar on the seafront. Both bedrooms are furnished appropriately for your comfort with memory foam mattress. Bed and Bath sheets provided. And usual things like wardrobe, dressing mirror, hair dryer. Front bedroom enjoys huge windows and that panoramic sea view. 2nd bedroom has dvd tv. Bathroom has Villeroy Boch bath and electric shower, large mirror set into the wall tiles, heated towel rail. Kitchen/dining area has a pod coffee machine, microwave, cooker, hob, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, fridge, large freezer, wine and champagne glasses. Lounge area decorated beautifully for comfort & sucking in that view, modern flat screen tv, radio, freeview. Hanging chair to sit with your book and also watch the sea front. Binoculars provided. I live nearby and intend to let you enjoy your holiday uninterrupted, unless you need to contact me. I come from a fashion background having trained at London College of Fashion many years ago, and I think that is apparent in my unique styling within the flat. Most people give it the 'wow' when they come into the sitting room. Showing it's nautical hints within the modern setting of the apartment overlooking the sea front.

Set above the sea front, when you sit on the balcony you see Torquay town and the harbour to your left, to your right you will see Abbey sands beach, and Torre Abbey with a flatish 30 minute walk around the bay to Paignton, then across the bay you will see Brixham. These 3 towns are collectively Torbay. You can walk down the steps, turn right and along a 100 metres to the restaurants, chip shop, cocktail bar and costa coffee. A bit further is Torre Abbey, now restored and mentioned in the Doomesday book, along with the Medieval Spanish barn named after the capture and storage of the Spanish sailors of the Armada in 1558, when apparently the monks lost the pillage! Here you will be able to play pitch and putt. Further around the bay is a sign heading inland 1/2 mile to Cockington Village and the manor house. Mostly tourist now with beautiful thatched cottages, cream tea (cream on top) village worth wandering around. You should catch the ferry, number 12 bus or drive around the bay to Brixham with its lovely active fishing port, chip shops and pubs, and the replica Golden Hind sitting on the mud in the harbour. And also drive a little further to enjoy Dartmouth Naval town.
