A seasoned host with a number of privately owned properties on both Sunbeach Holiday Village and California Sands under the umbrella of California Holiday Parks, nothing gives more pleasure than our guests enjoying their time with us and making happy memories We provide white crisp bed linen and fluffy towels with a complimentary welcome pack including some condiments so all you have to do on arrival is unpack to start your holiday Some of our holiday homes are pet friendly within our strict Pet Policy whilst we keep others pet free in consideration of those with allergies. One well behaved small/medium dog can accompany you free of charge. A short message to us will make sure that your requirements are being met As family units, we can provide travel cots and high chairs free of charge We have an on-site presence; being available if the occasion arises that you need us whilst always observing the privacy of our guests

California Holiday Parks modern chalets are situated on an independent site that has its own facilities and within a short stroll to the unspoiled sandy beach, close to the premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth & the tranquil Norfolk Broads With our guests comfort in mind, a number of our other holiday homes have undergone a full renovation in 2020. Decorated and furnished with modern clean lines and practicability making an ideal holiday home for families and couples alike We currently have 15-holiday homes, some close to one another, on the independent site of California Sands and Sunbeach Holiday Village, making them ideal for the larger group of family or friends The site enjoys its own facilities including: * Family Entertainment Venue (passes incl) * Swimming Pool (passes incl) * Amusement Arcade * Sports Pub * Diner * Take-aways * Shop * Launderette *As all amenities are privately run we cannot be held responsible for the opening times of these facilities The tranquil Norfolk Broads are within a 15-minute drive and the premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth a 10-minute drive; making an ideal base to explore the area
