Headland House is a luxury boutique bed and breakfast perfectly located above the golden sandy beach and turquoise sea of Carbis Bay. Headland House is the ideal hideaway for those wanting to relax and unwind, but enjoy the convenience of being a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of St. Ives with its boutique shops, art galleries, lively restaurants and cafes scene. During the Summer months our conservatory doors are open wide for alfresco breakfasts, relaxing afternoons can be spent on one of our comfy cushioned settees, watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or simply day dream whilst lying in our hammock.

Mark and Fenella have owned Headland House for the last 10 years and have lovingly renovated and restored this beautiful Edwardian House.

We are fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the Country with stunning coastal walks, beautiful Carbis Bay beach is just below us. Stunning Porthkidney beach is a short walk along the coastal path with its three miles of sand dunes, a simply breathe taking part of the Country to live in.
