BOOKING CONDITIONS Thank you for booking your holiday with us, Rules: All of our properties are non-smoking No pets are allowed. All guests need to pay for refundable damage fees on arrival before checking in. In order to get the deposit back: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN. If you have small children please avoid them wetting the bed. Do not smoke in the caravan. No vomiting in the caravan. Do tidy up after you Remember to dump the bin. Don’t pour water on the bed or carpet. Wash all your dirty dishes. Do not put dirty shoes, mud, food and sand on the sofa and beds. Do not damage the caravan. Return the key. Please note before checking in that the payment for the damage refundable fees will be by online transfer because the key is at the caravan, also it will serve as evidence of payment as we do not issue paper receipts for cash. Some caravans have key codes, some not but the keys will always be at the caravan. The refund for the damage refundable fees will also be by online transfer when there is no damage, no smoking and the van is tidied up. If coming with children, please make sure they are well protected at night to avoid wetting the beds. From time to time we do have breakdowns and repairs.
