Cardinals House has been newly refurbished and has very spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors (approx 1400sq ft), when you book you have the whole of the property to yourselves. The top floor boasts a Huge Master Bedroom with its own lounge & TV area and 23ft outside balcony with a bistro table and 2 chairs, this is south facing so is lovely in the summer for some outside dining or just chilling out on the outside on the bean bags. The first floor has the main bathroom with a tub and shower over plus 2 more bedrooms, one with an own ensuite shower room and both having fitted wardrobes. The Ground floor has enough dining for up to 10 people with a large lounge and dining area with a full size dining table and a seperate kitchen diner with all built in appliances including dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. There is also a kettle, toaster, coffee machine plus lots of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery. We also provide you with Bath and Hand towels, shampoos and soaps. The property comes with it`s own private parking space via electronic gates so is very secure. The is free wifi throughout, two TV`s with lots of channels plus Netflix.

Myself and my wife have been renting out our holiday homes for the last 3 years and each one is personally maintained to a very high standard. We both live in the area so if guests need to contact us either before or during our stay we are available almost immediately. The other two properties that we have are called Cathedral Mews (next door to Cardinals House) and De La Haye apartment on Claskegate, so if this one is not available at the time of your booking one of the other two might be free.

The House is located right in the heart the city centre with the cobbled street of Steep Hill leading up to the Lincoln Castle & Cathedral just around the corner. With under a minutes walk you are right on the High Street where all the local boutique shops, pubs and restaurants are located. If you would like any recommendations please let me know?
