Cartmel Camping Pod

Cartmel Camping Pod is a 15-minute walk from Cartmel centre. The accommodation is 26.1 miles from Blackpool. Free parking is available next to the pod and can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

The camping pod comes with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, TV with Freeview channels and a kitchenette including a microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower. A small heater is also provided.

Outside, there is a table, picnic bench and a cooking/washing up area. There is also an area for guests to use their own barbecues.

Windermere is 13 miles from the holiday home, while Keswick is 29.8 miles from the property.
This is a quite site for people to come and enjoy the country side and all its beauty.

Information about the host

Set 15 minute walk from Cartmel, it is on edge of the Lake District National Park and only 3 miles from the coast at Grange-over-Sands. In the medieval village of Cartmel, there are an array of pubs and cafes including The Priory Hotel, Cavendish Arms and Cartmel Coffee shop. The camping pod sleeps four people, (2 singles as a pullout bed and a bunk bed). Outside the camping pod is an outdoor table, picnic bench and an cooking/washing up area. Inside the pod we provide a microwave, kettle, toaster, small heater, Freeview television and mini fridge. (Please note its a minimum of two night booking and three night for bank holiday bookings.) There is an indoor wetroom with shower, toilet and small sink. No toilet paper provided Parking is right next to the pod for your convenience (fits 2 cars). The pod does not provide cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking items. Please bring your own equipment and BBQ. Please also note, we do not provide any bedding. Sleeping bags, blankets and pillows are ideal. Its just like camping but with electric, heating and a private wet room!

Cartmel Camping Pod is located at The Pastures in Cartmel which is an un spoilt, very quiet rural site and location between Cartmel and Allithwaite.
