Conwy castle is a must. You can go up the towers, walk along the walls and explore the different rooms. It is a great way of seeing the town and you get good views of the sea and mountains. Conwy quay is great for crabbing on a summers evening. You can also buy Conwy Mussels, visit the smallest house in Britain, take a boat trip, buy fish and chips or an ice cream to eat on the quayside and have a drink in the Liverpool Arms. Conwy Morfa, the closest beach, is less than a 5 minute drive away. There is also a Marina here and it is next to a championship links golf course. There are lots of great walks nearby. Just behind Conwy is the most northern part of the Snowdonia National Park or you can join the North Wales coastal path. A trip on the Welsh Highland Railway is also a great way of seeing some of the most impressive scenery of the Snowdonia National Park. Bodnant Gardens, five miles away, is a very popular National Trust Property. Visit Adventure Parc Snowdonia and go at surfing in the world’s first inland surf lagoon, brave indoor caves, or enjoy the aerial assault course and climbing walls. Or visit Zipwire for the longest zipline in Europe.
