Tibbermore is a small village about 4-5 miles from the centre of Perth and is surrounded by farming countryside. Just up the road is a church that featured in the TV series "Outlander". Gloag Farm coffee shop and gift/produce is within walking distance. A large Tesco is about one & half miles away. Crieff is about 25mins away & Pitlochry is less than 45mins. Scone Palace/village is about 6-7 miles away and is the old capital of Scotland Buses only pass the door twice a day in each direction. Although it is possible to walk to the main Crieff road where the buses are more frequent. Generally we find a car is essential even though taxis offer a good, though relatively expensive, service.
