** 4.4.21. The pool is currently being refurbished and is not yet open. It is only open in any event when lifeguard cover is available. COVID has led to people wanting to book for business purposes. This is not allowed under park rules Should any further lockdowns be imposed then you can cancel via booking.com** Chalet 18 is a lovely two bedroomed chalet on the lovely Elmrise Park. I own the one chalet and not the whole park. It's new to me and has been entirely redecorated and re-styled throughout. Everything is there that you need, with a large flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. There's a large lawned, decked and fenced off garden with full furniture and BBQ. There is a swimming pool and play area on site, but these are currently closed due to the pandemic and refurbishment.
I'm originally from Leicestershire but relocated here and I absolutely love it. I'm local to Elmrise and on-hand if needed. I look forward to welcoming you to a smashing part of South Wales.
The chalet is 2 miles away from Llansteffan which is an absolute treat. The beach is vast and beautiful. There is an area which doesn't allow dogs so is super safe for children but there is plenty of space for everyone. There is a tea shop by the car park. Additionally there are great fish and chips available at Florries on the beach. The village store is run by my friends Sarah and Jamie (who makes the bread there) - and the New Croft Bar & Bistro is at the back of the premises. It's fabulous and Jamie makes amazing pizzas! A little further up the High Street is The Inn at the Sticks which does incredible food. The Castle pub is next door and you are sure of an amazing welcome and good food there too. Carmarthen is about 7 miles away and has everything you would expect from a small market town. Tenby is an easy drive and is well worth a visit. If you fancy more of a winding drive, treat yourself to a visit to New Quay. There are often dolphins to be seen and some of the best fish and chips I've ever had!
