Barry and the team have been managing short lets in Edinburgh since 2016 and Barry is a board member of the Association of Scotland's Self-caterers. This bright and spacious flat is set across two levels and includes three double bedrooms. There is plenty of cupboard space for guests to use. Two of the bedrooms are located on the top floor. The bathroom on the lower level includes a toilet, sink and an electric shower in bath. There is a toilet upstairs which is currently locked off due to maintenance. We ask that you don't attempt to open this door to use this toilet. On the lower ground floor you'll find one of the bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary amenities to cook and the dining room seating four allows guests a place to eat. There are two additional chairs in the kitchen that can be brought into the dining room. After a long day out and about, the living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax with plenty of sofa space. WiFi can be accessed from the pub downstairs and is free to use.

Located in the charming old Colinton village, this is an ideal place to stay if you're visiting Edinburgh Napier University or Heriot-Watt. The beautiful Pentland Hills is very close and offers some brilliant hiking trails and is also home of the longest dry ski slope in Europe. You can reach the city centre in 15-20 minutes by car.
