Chart House is a feature maisonette flat, right in the centre of Porthcawl. There is so much space in this flat; it forms the upper two floors of a Victorian Town House. It's design captures the maritime heritage whilst providing a comfortable retreat within the South Wales town. The location is right opposite a church and boasts a five minute walk to the bustling town centre and the seafront, whilst the resort beach of Rest Bay is a 15 minute walk - easy reach to catch the surf.

Hi, although I am your host, the flat actually belongs to my son who works away with the RNLI. My name is Karen and I live 5 minutes from the property. I enjoy the beaches and restaurants of Porthcawl, working at the nearby town of Bridgend. I do like to see visitors having a good time and always happy to help out when possible. PS I live 5 minutes away and I service the property myself. Working as a cleaner/caretaker for over 20 years I do like to deep clean the property after each guest and I allow 3 days for this. The apartment is situated close to town but the street is relatively quiet. Busy on Sundays due to being opposite the church - there are also bell chimes on Sundays. There is a Fair ground that can be heard if there is an Easterly wind blowing (10 minute walk).
