The rooms are found above The Blitz Tearooms on the old cobbled Church Street on the East side. Check in is at The Blitz or if closed by telephone to Tim or Julie. Each of the rooms are decorated and maintained on a regular basis and have new carpets fitted in February 2021. The double and family rooms were refurbished with new bathrooms and walk in showers in late 2019 and overlook the wonderful old cobbled Church Street. The rooms are above The Blitz Tearooms and Tapas and A La Carte restaurant on the popular old cobbled Church Street on the East side of the estuary. 2 of the rooms overlook the old and famous Church Street below where you will find some lovely shops and nearby places to eat and drink. The Blitz is with a few hundred yards of the 199 steps leading to the old Abbey, Whitby Captain Cook museum and within 100 yards of the estuary and beach.
