This property is located in the centre of Harrogate opposite the theatre on Cheltenham Parade. Entrance round the back in Back Granville Road. The red door number 2 is the communal entrance for both flats. Number 1 is on the first floor and number 2 is on the second floor. Over the top of Graveleys, Harrogate’s finest fish restaurant. The communal entrance is with a number coded lock on the ground floor this provides access up the stairs for both flats. Both flats are newly fitted out to the highest standards. After every visit the rooms are cleaned, checked and all linen changed. 1 Keys for each flat are kept in the key safes outside each flat a second key is available on request. When you leave please put the keys on the table in the centre of the lounge and leave the flat unlocked. We hope you enjoy your stay. Each property comes with a TV connected. The internet is the maximum available in this street and is free to guests. Each property is ideally laid out for 6 people to stay for as long as required. The kitchen is newly fitted for a family or a group to cater for themselves by cooking a full meal if required. Microwave provided for quick meals. In Harrogate town voted as the happiest place to live in the UK by a recent national survey. This town centre neighbourhood has everything that you could possibly want. The convenience of on tap restaurants of different nationalities. Italian, French, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Turkish, Greek, Brazilian, Portugese and every country you can imagine. Pubs, cafes and restaurants abound also. The International Convention Centre is very close to town and an easy 3 minute walk from the properties. This centre hosts many business conventions and is always well attended. Close by also is the Royal Hall which has many major artists and tribute bands playing throughout the year as well as some classical events that are always very popular. Directly opposite the property is Harrogate Theatre where more local acts are staged and pantomimes during the season. Further afield it is a 1/2 hour drive to Harewood House where all sorts of exciting outdoor events take place in the summer months and the historic house is available to view at certain times and dates. Going North it is not far to the Yorkshire Dales National park where walking and attractions like Malham cove can be found.
