Hi there my name is Belinda. I live in a large modern 4 years old, , detached house, on 3 floors.It is set within a small, private development of only 30 houses, some of which are terraced. You will get lots of privacy and quiet, as your room is on it's own on the top floor. There is a medium sized, very private garden where you can sit and relax and have breakfast in the Summer. The age of the house means that fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and relatively new. The house itself is off a scenic, country road leading to the sea 5 minutes drive away, at East and West Wittering. A perfect place to explore the area from. There is masses to do here, but just going to the beach is worth the visit.

I am quiet creative and enjoy making my home cosy and comfortable. I will endeavor to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, so please ask if you have any questions or there's anything you need. I am happy to pick you up and give you a lift to the railway station if you give me reasonable notice, it's only 10 minutes down the road.I am very active and do a lot of walking with my dog Ollie. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy talking to people. I'm pretty laid back, although I like to keep myself busy. I try and help the environment by avoiding using plastic where possible.

I have left loads of leaflets etc in the room to help you find out about the local area. Birdham village, Chichester was featured on Penelope Keith’s series on best English villages. We are a few minutes drive from the beautiful, scenic Birdham Poole and Chichester Marina area. Here there are a couple of cafes where you can sit and admire the view. East and West wittering (6/4 miles) beaches are both 6 or so minutes away. Famous for their unspoilt coastline, sand dunes and some sandy beaches. There are a good range of shops at East Wittering including a baker (homemade cakes and bread- delicious!), butcher, fishmonger, Tesco, Co-Op, Chemist and ironmonger . There are two local, particularly scenic villages situated on the coast, Itchenor (10 mins) and Bosham (20 mins) well worth a visit. The medieval city of Chichester ( 4 miles) with its beautiful cathedral is 10 minutes drive. It’s also accessible by the bus that stops practically outside our road - this runs every 15 minutes. Goodwood with its horse racing, Festival of Speed and Revival is 13 minutes (8 miles) by car, as is the amazing South Downs. At Singleton(25mins) there is the Weald and Downland museum.
