No. 25 is an upstairs flat on a leafy, quiet street in Gosforth, one of the nicest suburbs of Newcastle upon Tyne. Perfectly positioned 2 minutes walk from Gosforth High Street and 2 minutes the other direction to South Gosforth Metro Station. The newly decorated living space has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 6 people. It's perfect for professionals and visitors looking for a nice location near Newcastle city centre without the mayhem. Being based in Gosforth has a number of benefits for both professionals and visitors alike. Gosforth is an affluent, well-established area of Newcastle with a great range of amenities including shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and a popular park. If you’d rather be somewhere a little less frantic than the stag-and-hen centre of Newcastle, and a bit less student-packed than Jesmond, Gosforth is a great choice. We provide bed linen, towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, soap, and a limited amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk for guests to use. Guests will need to provide food and drink for meals.

The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, as is all of Gosforth really. This flat is suitable for professionals, families and short and long breaks. There’s no reason why you couldn’t have a get-together at the flat, but it’s probably not the ideal place for rowdy parties since it’s an upstairs flat and there are neighbours (who are lovely and very accommodating, but it is a quiet neighbourhood!).
