We are a small family run business and launched our first loft apartment at Paintworks back in 2014. Since then Paintworks Apartments Ltd has grown to six wonderfully unique loft apartments. We launched Cigar Factory Lofts in November 2018, expanding our business across two very unique converted factory sites. Our bespoke lofts are full of personality and are fun places to stay whilst our guests visit our fantastic city of Bristol!

Property information

Originally built at the turn of the 20th century, The Cigar Factory is a fine example of Bristol's rich industrial heritage. This beautiful red brick building was redeveloped in 2018 and is now home to a small number of duplex apartments. Each spacious loft retains its exterior red brick walls which sit perfectly alongside luxurious furnishings and high spec finishes.

Neighbourhood information

Southville was voted one of the UK's best neighbourhoods to live in by the Sunday Times newspaper. We also think it's one the best neighbourhoods to stay when visiting the city! North Street is home to a multitude of truly great independent shops, bars and restaurants which define Bristol's identity and community spirit. It's only a 20 minute walk to Bristol's Harbourside to enjoy the all the city centre has to offer.
