Ideal location for City visit! Spacious, bright Top Floor 1 Bedroom flat next to Haymarket train station. 15 minutes walk to Princess Street making it a great location. Recently refurbished to an Excellent standard! 50 inch 4K Smart TV & Fast Wifi. Excellent amenities. Large choice of nice bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Newsagents & Super Markets also within minutes walk. The apartment has just had a full refurbishment to an excellent standard, with all new furnishings, a new heating system and new 50 inch 4k Smart TV. There are blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room and the windows are fully double glazed keeping the place warm and noise-free. The apartment is situated to the rear of the building and gets plenty of sunlight through the day. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Self check in (from 3pm)- Key safe located at main door. Pin code will be provided once booking has been confirmed. Self check out (by 10am). ***Please note that this is a top floor flat and you must be able to climb the stairs, there are 3 flights of stairs. Edinburgh International Conference Centre is a 10 minute walk. Vibrant area with plenty nice restaurants and bars to choose from. Fountainpark Complex is just minutes walk and boasts Pubs, Restaurants, Cinemas, Bowling, Casino, Nuffield Health gym with pool, Jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna and more. There is also a large pool a few hundred yards down the street. There are Snooker & Pool halls in the area. 15 minutes walk to west end of Princess Street Great service with plenty buses which go from the main road. Closest Tram stop is at Haymarket.
