Wonderful newly renovated 2 storey townhouse set on a desirable riverside development in the city centre of York. The house has a newly installed kitchen/diner with washer/dryer and dishwasher that leads to a living room with wifi and Google chrome. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. We have sourced hotel quality beds and bedding and high quality fixtures and furnishings to give you a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Outside is a garden and an allocated private parking space The apartment is situated just a few minutes walk into the centre but has the benefits of being in a quiet but popular residential area with riverside walks and close to Rowntree Park. As this is a quiet residential development we respect our neighbours and the house is ideally suited to families or tourists to York, rather than anyone wanting to use it as a base for late nights out in York.
