Clays View is constructed on the side of the owner's home, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the chocolate box village of Alstonefield. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a single room. There is also a first floor shower room, a spacious open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric flame-effect fire. Outside there is ample off road parking and a pretty, enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture. A location to be enjoyed at any time of year! On the borders of Derbyshire and Staffordshire, between the valleys of the Dove and the Manifold Rivers, is the charming village of Alstonefield.
