New for 2021, this recently refurbished, ground floor apartment has a living/dining area with microwave/oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and separate bedroom and bathroom. Set in the heart of the village, 2 minutes to the shops & only 4 minutes to the river’s edge it boasts spectacular views of the River Yealm from it’s south-facing bedroom, lounge & decking area.
