This is a wonderful Home from Home. Stylish and cosy second-floor apartment, great location, being close to the heart of the Uplands and walkable to Swansea University Singleton campus. If you're staying on a budget, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for home cooking. If you're on holiday and have no intention of cooking, there are plenty of places to eat in the Uplands. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and chest of drawers. There is a large wardrobe/closet. The cosy lounge has a comfortable sofa (also a sofa-bed), flat-screen TV with Freeview and Netflix, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing-machine and is well stocked with cooking essentials. The Shower room is newly fitted with a large soaker shower. The apartment is convenient for the Uplands night-life and restaurants, the Garage music venue, the Singleton campus, Singleton Hospital, Cwmdonkin and Brynmill parks and the beachfront. We have been providing accommodation for more than 20 years to very satisfied tenants. Recently we have decided to provide accommodation on a short-stay basis as this is something that is required by visitors to Swansea. We aim to ensure that the apartments are setup with everything need for a working stay or holiday/vacation. We provide a meet and Greet service to make guests feel welcome and to ensure that the apartment is immediately familiar.

During the evening there are plenty of lively bars and some good places to eat. During the day the pace is quieter and there are plenty of nice cafes to enjoy. There are some beautiful parks for afternoon strolls and it's only a short walk (down the hill) to the beachfront. The Uplands Dylan Thomas Trail includes 5, Cwmdonkin Drive, where Dylan was born, and almost next door (5 The Grove) were BBC studios from 1942-52. Buses from the Uplands will also take you to Gower - buy an all-day ticket.
