This beautiful four bedroom Victorian house has been renovated to provide spacious comfortable accommodation. The views are simply amazing. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a large eight place dining table. The light and airy dual aspect lounge, with original floorboards, provides plenty of seating consisting of three large sofas and window seating. It has a large wall mounted TV with DVD, PS Games Console and gas fire. Located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a superking bed with en-suite. Two further bedrooms with twin bed are also located on this floor. There is a double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor. There is an additional family wet room on the first floor and a separate WC on the ground floor. The enclosed courtyard is great for alfresco dining with table, chairs and BBQ. There is a large shower room – perfect for hanging up your wetsuits. A large laundry room is fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer and space to dry clothes and on-site parking included for 2 cars. If you have a pet allergy, this holiday home may not be suitable as the owners occasionally visit with their pets.
