Tastefully furnished in warm, relaxing colours, Groarty Manor provides 6 comfortable en suite rooms, one of which is set on the ground floor and offers disabled access and disabled bathroom facilities. The residence is within the grounds of the 200-year-old Groarty House, which boasts a sun-flooded conservatory with panoramic views across Derry and the surrounding areas.

The house has been designed to be environmental friendly. It is heated with a 50 kw log burner and solar panels. The bedrooms are individually zoned with their own heat sensors.

Parking can be expensive we have free safe off street parking which makes us popular with Motor Cyclists, Cyclists and people with valuable vintage cars. A lot of tradesmen stay with us because their vehicle's and tools are safe. We can also accommodate a couple of motor homes. We also have a super fast fibre optic Broadband connection

My Family have lived in this property since 1909. we originally started the bed and breakfast to supplement the farm income

We are half a mile from the Derry/ Donegal Border. Three miles from An Grianan Hotel, Burt. and the historic An Grianan fort. Two miles from the award winning Harrys Bar and Restaurant Bridgend. We are three miles from Derry/ Londonderry city centre the cost of a Taxi is under five pound. our weakness can be our strength some people think we are a bit far out of town but when they arrive they enjoy the Peace and quiet of the countryside
