The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, large lounge with sofa bed & Zip n link beds in both rooms that can be made into a King size or 2 single beds. Great road access to Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, the M1, A38, A60 or the A617 & a fantastic local train service which is a 10-15 min walk away. If you have come to explore, South Yorshire, Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire are all on the doorstep! The apartment sleeps 5 with the option of 4 singles & a double sofa bed or 2 king size beds & a double sofa bed.The bathroom has a shower over a full size bath, basin & WC and bath towels & hand towels are provided. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, kettle, toaster, gas hob, fan oven & 2 under counter fridge freezers along with all the utensils & cooking equipment needed to enjoy a home cooked meal if you want it.
