Information about the host

Roger and I (Roz) moved from Plymouth to Valley View in January 2013, upon Rogers retirement, with a view to setting up as a B&B . We spent the first five months getting ready to open which involved lots of decorating and lots of shopping at lovely places to make sure our guest would want for nothing. We sampled sausages and binged on bacon from around the area until we found just what we deemed to be the best. We have 6 Chickens who lay eggs for your breakfast, 2 cats, Mannie and Baggie and and 2 dogs Samson and Willow. They are a big part of our lives. We are often out in the afternoon with Samson and Willow walking the coast path, and enjoying the beauty of where we live. They love the beaches around our coast and also enjoy agility lessons once a week. We also enjoy feeding and watching a wealth of birds who visit the garden including a cheeky Sparrow Hawk who sometimes pays a visit. I also like to work with fabrics and fibres and you will find many pieces of my work around the house.
