## The space My well presented flat is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room, small kitchen, bathroom and toilet room with sink. I have recently renovated the flat. So you will find brand new bathrooms and kitchen. I have restored the the old wood floor original and I have tried to replace it as little as possible so to keep the original feature which dates late 1800! I have also brought back to life some of the doors as they were original as well as skirting. You will enjoy also the untouched fireplace and wall frames, still dated 1898. The smaller bedroom accommodates two people. The Red bedroom could accommodate four people as it has a double loft bed too. Both have storage space and I supply hotel quality, high thread count linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and brand new. Ready to use. The recently revovated bathroom has a counter top for your commodity and an amazing high pressure shower. I will supply basic toiletries, such as soap and shampoo, so that's one less thing for you to worry about! ## The neighborhood This attractive leafy neighbourhood is one of the most affluent in Edinburgh. It is a friendly place with plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants and quirky shops. You’ll find a real mixture of eateries in Bruntsfield and Morningside. There is no shortage of good pub grub and there are a lot of brasseries and bistros serving up quality local produce. The area is a real haven for café lovers with a string of great cafes offering wonderful baking, good coffee and a lovely cup of tea. During the summer you can enjoy your coffee in the sun and watch the world go by. You’ll find a number of independent stores offering interesting items for the home.
