With private off-street parking, a spacious private garden, cosy bedrooms that are all equipped with orthopaedic mattresses, it is ideal for families, friends, and travellers. It is the perfect location to be away from all the hustle and bustle but still within shooting distance of all the fun. Our home is spacious and warm, with private off-street parking in front of the house. Our garden is tranquil and a great place to unwind. We have a fully equipped kitchen including a double oven, dishwasher, gas stove, a microwave, fridge, and freezer. The living room has a 42in smart tv with virgin media free-view cable and WiFi. Additionally we have a reading and games corner for adults and kids alike. With boardgames, cards, a range of books. The entire home will be accessible for the guests, including the driveway, garden, and utility closet with a washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with a keyless Smart Lock, allowing for ease and flexibility when checking in, checking out, and exploring the city.

Willowbrae has great access to Arthurs Seat (8 Minute walk to the bottom, 35 minutes to the top!) an extinct volcano that sits in the centre of Edinburgh that is great for hiking and relaxing strolls. To reach the city centre by foot is under a mile away through the green and beautiful Holyrood Park ending up at the Holyrood Palace and bottom of the Royal Mile. There is a large supermarket just a 3 minute walk away through a park and a number of local Pubs nearby. Take a drive to Portobello beach in 7minutes, Waverley train station in 11. Or play some stunning Golf 5 a minute drive away at Craigentinny Course. With two additional courses just 7 and 8 minutes away. Hop on a bus to Edinburgh Waverley Station under 15 minutes away by bus or to a day at the beach in just 12 minutes. There are 4 bus lines going to-from the city centre with frequent intervals making the commute fast and easy.
